Professional Instruction for Studios, Groups and Individuals

I’m Nina, a Pilates, pole dance and yoga teacher, massage therapist, and physiotherapist. I guide people through movement and therapeutic practices that help them feel stronger, freer, and more at home in their bodies.

Bodywisdom, for me, is the understanding that your body holds more intelligence than you may realize. It communicates through sensations, rhythms, and responses that can guide you toward balance and well-being. My work is about helping you listen to that wisdom, trust it, and move in ways that honor and celebrate your body.

With a background in dance, fitness and therapeutic practice, I create a holistic, trauma-informed, and body-positive space where you can explore your strength, express yourself, and reconnect with your own rhythm without comparison, or judgment.

My Values

Professionalism
With a degree in physiotherapy and extensive experience in movement and manual therapy, I bring high-level expertise and care to every session. You can trust that you are in knowledgeable, capable hands.

Acceptance
I’m passionate about health, not diets. I believe true wellness comes from appreciating what your body can do, rather than how it looks. My spaces are inclusive, body-positive, and welcoming to all levels and backgrounds.

Playfulness
Movement should feel good and sometimes even a little silly. My teaching style is warm, creative, and encouraging, inviting you to explore your body with curiosity, joy, and lightness.
